This is a copy of the survey we got when we bought the house in 2000. The lot has a slightly irregular shape since it was originally laid out to have an alley between the two lots fronting Billups and College. That was never realized and the "alley" exists only on paper. The same is true for access between the properties on either side. The total lot size is .90 acres and is enclosed by the heavy lines in the drawing.
